Prices
All airmaps are currently £15 each, (following the price rise of 10th April 2008). However, we do have some stock of maps published before that date at the old price. Please contact us for details. Postage is extra, from £2 for a single map, please see the Postage Prices page for full details.
Delivery
Maps may be supplied folded or flat, rolled in a tube for delivery. We prefer to send them folded, because suitable tubes for sending them flat are quite weighty and thus expensive to post. Also the postal tubes are too long for the Post Office to handle as first class or special delivery, so they have to go as parcels.
Maps are normally despatched by first class post. The delivery charge depends on the number of maps supplied and whether they are folded or rolled. Charges start from £2 for a single folded Airmap. Guaranteed overnight recorded delivery service is also available for an extra charge.
Airmap subscription service
Don’t get caught out by the CAA with an out of date air map. We can send you new aeronautical charts when they are published. Just let us know which maps you want sent on a regular basis and where you want them sent to and let us do the worrying. You only pay the standard charge for the map and delivery, there’s nothing extra to pay for this service.
Ordering
Orders may be placed by phone or email. Please contact us first to check stock and arrange account facilities before placing an order.
Payment
Maps are usually despatched on an account basis, with an accompanying invoice. Payments are requested by return. Alternatively, payments may be sent with the order. Don't forget to add the postage. Cheques should be made payable to Aerostationery, account information for electronic payments will be given on the invoice. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept credit cards.
