Post, Packing & Delivery
Delivery charges will be added to your order. Prints are sent in postal tubes and we prefer to use First Class post for delivery when we can, this is the most cost effective option. For less urgent large items (which exceed the Post Office standard sizes for first class), we may use parcel post; for more urgent items we will use an overnight courier.
Payment
Orders are usually despatched on an account basis, with an accompanying invoice. Payments are requested by return. Alternatively, payments may be sent with the order (don't forget the postage!). Cheques should be made payable to Aerostationery. Account details for electronic payments are given on the invoice. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept credit or debit cards. To arrange account facilities or payment methods, please contact us.
Ordering
Orders may be placed by phone, email or post. Documents for printing may be sent by email or on disc.
Document Security
Whilst we can’t vouch for the post or email service, once your documents get to us, rest assured they are treated securely and confidentially. Once we have completed your order and it has safely reached you, we will securely delete and destroy any copies we have, unless you ask us to retain them for any repeat orders.
